I want to share some happy moments I had with kids recently.

最近子どもたちのことでハッピーを感じた瞬間を共有したいなと思います。

I’m happy to see students trying to read phonics. It means they try.

まず、生徒たちが、リーディングにトライしてくれているのを見るとハッピーになります。

「挑戦している」ということがポイント。

I’m happy to hear students repeating English sentences. It means they are interested.

それから英文を一生懸命リピートしてくれているとき。

興味をきちんと持ってくれているというのがわかります。

I’m happy to hear students answer to English questions. It means they understand.

英語の質問に答えてくれるとき。

きちんと理解しているということ。

I’m happy to hear them sing English songs. It means they remember the songs by heart.

英語のおうたを歌ってくれているのを聞いたとき。

歌を覚えて心から楽しんでくれているのが伝わるから。

I’m happy to see students trying to say “how do you spell OO.” It means they think in English.

「◯◯ってどうやって書く？」を英語で聞いてくれるとき。

生徒たちが英語で物事を考えているということ。

I’m happy to see students join English speech contests. It means they want to speak more English.

スピーチコンテスト に参加しているとき。

もっと英語を話せるようになりたい！と思っている証拠。

I’m happy to hear students say “しかった” after the lesson. It means they want to come back for another English lesson with us!

レッスン後に「〇〇したかった」と聞いた時。

また次のレッスンも楽しみにしてくれているということ。

There are many good things happening since April and I’m so happy about our students’ achievements and goals this year. 

4月からとても良い事がたくさん起きていて、生徒たちの目標・ゴールに近づいているのを見ることができて、とてもハッピーです♡
